As an Associate Vice President on the Global Cities team and reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Global Director of Cities (EVP), I managed strategic projects to promote growth in AECOM’s priority cities worldwide, including collaborating with the EVP to establish our annual strategies and goals, and to develop and manage a $2.5MM budget.
