As an Associate Vice President on the Global Cities team and reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Global Director of Cities (EVP), I managed strategic projects to promote growth in AECOM’s priority cities worldwide, including collaborating with the EVP to establish our annual strategies and goals, and to develop and manage a $2.5MM budget. Our dedication was to forward-thinking urban policy and development strategies that underpin world-class infrastructure that enhances the environment, equity, and economy of cities. The EVP and I worked together to prioritize and plan the transformative projects and associated brand building/thought leadership campaigns in each city.
