- Building up and manage the whole Chinese customer service team. Serve multiple brands for the company. - Leading the Kate and Kimi operation team for daily issue solving and management. - Set the directions for both two teams.

- Manage and lead the Chinese Customer Service team.- Build up the connections between the Chinese Customer Service team and logistic team.- Manage the day to day activities for customers with the goal of operational efficiency and increased sales. Forecast demand and signal update in system.- Responsible for daily customer feedback report and on time delivery. - Organize monthly service enhancement training program.

- Tailor-made to corporate specific training directives and employee learning objectives, offer Intensive Group Courses or executive private tutoring with flexible time and location- Organize Orientation Days and Cultural Workshops.- Maintain the good customer relationship with corporate clients. Organize customer satisfaction survey and provide follow-up service for former clients.- Establish the connections with potential corporate clients.- Develop business and channels to increase the sales turnover.- Representing the company in all matters in respect of the business including contract, negotiation, management capability.
