My previous position as a bookkeeper and admin assistant at Yangster’s Paradise allowed me to develop and grow my office experience. This role included raising and sending invoices to clients, keeping track of payments and other general administration duties such as data entry and filing. Attention to detail is a must in this role as the accuracy of numbers and listening to the client’s needs is most important. This role has thoroughly developed my computer and IT skills through use of emails, accounting software Xero and daily correspondence through Skype and WeChat. Through this role, I have developed strong organisational and communication skills both online and offline. While working in a small team environment, I have learnt the significance of being able to pull your own weight as there may not be another team member with the same expertise who can cover your tasks.
