Accounts Receivables: • Follow up, collection and allocation of payments on daily basis. • Monitoring, reconciliation of customer accounts, chasing up outstanding funds. • Process Credit card/Amex Card/direct debit/cheque payments from customers. • Investigate and resolve queries.• Assist with AR Reporting reconciliation.• Liaison with customer and sales department. • Working through MYOB and Dynamic CRM. Accounts Payables:• Enter invoices and arrange fortnightly payment run. • Set up new supplier and maintaining suppliers’ account. • Process credit/Amex card payment reconciliation. • Maintaining and reconcile accounts payable and GL• Petty Cash Management.

• Play a key role in all areas of accounts payables, including accurate coding of invoices, processing sundry cheques, and arrange payment run on daily basis. • General Journal Preparation including costing, checking and data entry. • Assist in maintaining an accurate Asset Register System.• Respond to external/internal stakeholder enquires in relation to accounts payable.
