Provide process engineering support from Concept to Detail Design phases of the project. Perform De-bottlenecking studies, Feasibility studies, Concept studies, FEED & Detail Design projects. Carry out various process engineering activities like process calculations, develop simulation models in Aspen HYSYS, develop PFD with heat and material balance, perform hydraulic analysis & develop models in PIPEPHASE / PIPESIM or Aspen FLARENET, transient hydraulic simulation in TGNET or TLNET, perform utility systems adequacy calculations, design / debottlenecking of flare systems, etc. Perform line sizing, equipment sizing, safety device calculations, control valve calculations, process calculations and prepare P&IDs. Prepare reports and documents such as design basis, hydraulic study reports, operation & control philosophies, flaring philosophy, isolation philosophy, operating and maintenance philosophy, vent and drain philosophy, equipment list, line list, etc. Participate in Design review, HAZID and HAZOP Studies.Specialties: Process simulation studies and Process Engineering in Oil & Gas Engineering Company.
