Supports the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force•Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COR) Level II for the majority of Task Force contracts. •Provides technical direction, clarification and guidance with respect to the contract specifications and statement of work for the majority of the TF contracts.•Serves as a part of the management team supporting the administration and oversight of the TF program and ensure all aspects of the program are running smoothly.•Applies in-depth knowledge to independently guide and advise on a full range of complex TF processes. •Critically evaluates research and understands the complexity of the USPSTF deliberations. •Assures customer oriented and timely communication with TF members, EPC staff, other contractors, federal and private sector partners and liaisons.•Maintains consistency, track progress, identify barriers and resolve issues to facilitate the recommendation making process. •Facilitates weekly management meetings to address pressing issues, setting team priorities and discuss higher level decisions related to the direction of the program and or the TF.•Lead contact for TF external stakeholder partners •Develops presentations, memoranda’s, briefings and one-pagers for management, internal and external presentations including bi-weekly AHRQ and CEPI Director reports. •Co-Lead contractors to develop and manage the TF external and internal management tools (i.e. website and Extranet)•Facilitates and coordinate the publication and dissemination of USPSTF recommendations.•Oversees the tri-annual meetings of participants and annual nomination process for new members•Lead and facilitate the strategic planning, coordination, and staffing of the new TF members orientation of the USPSTF•Works to increase the transparency of the USPSTF (develop policies and procedures for posting USPSTF documents for public comment, and oversee the implementation)

•Work with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) with implementation of program requirements and improvements in program performance.•Lead efforts to monitor reporting, data validation, and technical assistance for 2500 Health Center Quarterly Report (HCQR) and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) 1512 Federal Reporting grants.•Lead and coordinate federal offices and contractors through the process to post Uniform Data System (UDS) on public website.•Conduct literature reviews and contribute to writing of research manuscripts on various topics related to health center activities, patient care, and patient outcomes.•Oversight and reviewing of the 2014 Patient Survey questionnaire, methodology, and implementation process •Manage, analyze, quality check and report on various data collected (UDS dataset, ARRA1512 data, internal analytics for the dashboard metrics, progressive actions data, patient survey data, etc.) for exterrnal and internal staff/senior management.•Support implementation of a quality improvement and training strategy to improve the functioning of health centers.•Develop presentations, memoranda’s, briefings and one-pagers for management, internal and external presentations.•Provide technical assistance, create reports and respond to requests for data and information on the Health Center program in a timely, accurate, and customer-oriented manner from internal (BPHC, HRSA, HHS, other federal government agencies) and external (health center grantees, national cooperative agreements, primary care associations, etc) stakeholders.•Other responsibilities: Participate in technical review panel for request for proposal (RFP), review funding opportunity applications, evaluate and analyze grantee performance to ensure program requirements are met and quality care is provided, develop scopes of work, prepare justification memoranda for funding and implementation of grants, contracts, and inter-agency agreements

-Involving Communities in a Multicultural Network: From Screening to Access to Care -Update Literature Review to be current in CBPR related to addressing access to care for the underserved, barriers to primary care -Input data from health fairs, organize the data sets, complete data analysis and reports -Examine Trends and cardiovascular risk factors (from instruments used in health fairs) -Discuss approaches used and potential additional methods, in a real-life project setting
