As the Head of Recruitment. Selection and Matriculation program, at Teach for Nigeria, I led the end-to-end program cycle that produced 1,500+ passionate youth leaders who have become change agents. They led transformation in Nigeria's school system, improving learning outcomes, and driving community development in some of Nigeria's most marginalized schools and communities. A driving force behind my work has been advocacy for quality education. I have led and participated in several impactful engagements to mobilize youth involvement in education, promote teacher's professional development, and create awareness about the importance of education in transforming communities. Through strategic partnerships with private education and non-education stakeholders, I have garnered critical support for teacher recruitment and training, fostering a vibrant ecosystem that nurtures lifelong learning and empowerment.

Spearheaded the execution of the novel Teach for Nigeria remote learning school program which has impacted over 10,000 students living in underserved communities in Ogun state, Nigeria. I created the project’s strategy and long-term plan, contributed to maintaining donor relationships, secured radio station partners, collaborated with multiple colleagues and departments, and coordinated the program’s official launch, which hosted key government and private stakeholders. This program has significantly contributed to increasing our student’s learning outcomes

These conferences served as dynamic platforms for knowledge-sharing and collaboration, fostering innovation and advancement in the education sector.In addition, I collaborated closely with top education executives to ensure the quality assurance and evaluation of new school signups. By implementing rigorous assessment processes, we maintained the highest standards of excellence in admitting new educational institutions, further elevating the reputation of the association and its member schools.
