ISU Recruitment Sourcing Head for Retail all Geos

Responsible for the Talent Planning/Envisioning/Fulfillment for Business Transformation Group - 3 Verticals for its PAN INDIA openings* eCAR- e-commerce Algo Retail* DHW- Digital Health & Wellness* SM- Sustainable ManufacturingKey role include Talent planning, Talent Management, Building hiring strategies, Candidate experience, Employee life cycle, Town halls, Social media campaigns and also providing market insights, talent landscape to relevant stakeholders.Partnering with HRBP/ Hiring Managers/Recruiters to identify and on board talent with in CTQ (Cost/Time/Quality) framework.

Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks like LinkedIn, Naukri and Monster. Consults hiring managers and Human Resources on the status of the open position. Drafting and sending recruiting emails.Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.Post job opportunity on approved recruiting sites.Maintain candidate databases.Interacting with employment Agencies regarding the requirements to be fulfilled.Assisting with hiring manager to identify the role and responsibility, experience and abilities required to fulfill the job.Coordinating with hiring managers to conduct walk in drives and scheduled drives to fulfill the job requirements.Ensuring required approvals with the internal management has been in place before starting with the sourcing plan.Ensure that the Talent Acquisition Budget is always in line with the hiring candidates
