• Follows up on orders placed with vendors and ensures that all delivery schedules are maintained.• Handles sales documents (Invoices / POs).• Is responsible for establishing competitive shipping rates by coordinating and networking with freight agents and shipping companies. • Keep abreast of the changing market situations involving freight forwarding, documentary procedures, tariffs, etc. • Maintains and monitors cost effectiveness of jobs and overall profitability. • Prepares quotations and other related documents. • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

I started my Sales and Marketing Life at “Popular Motor World Pvt Ltd”, POPULAR HYUNDAI, Kottayam, Kerala, India as “PRODUCT CONSULTANT” with their “HYUNDAI TEAM”. Then I realized value of PG and in January 2015, I resigned from Popular to pursue my Post Graduation. It was a great experience working with the great team in POPULAR HYUNDAI, Kanjirapally.
