• Expanded the the $56,000 Open Stages program from 1400 participants to 2000, enabling school students to visit the Performing Arts Center for workshops with teachers and visiting artists, coupled with admission to the.
• Planned and managed the Second Annual Young Women’s Leadership Conference, securing panelists and speakers to address 150 high school girls from the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Oversaw the Community Partners ticket access programs that served 13 social service agencies, including Ronald McDonald House, directing the distribution of 1,451 tickets to over 50 shows during FY2020.
• Developed curricula for workshops designed to benefit students in grades K through 12 in the Dallas and Richardson independent school districts.
