- Onboarding new partners by training them to use all of our tools and make them confident with our system. - Providing support and encouragement for partners to help them grow, inspire them and digitise their business.- Collect online data which is important for partners in order to help them grow.

- Answer incoming calls, mails, text messages and social media messages.- Take care of customers questions, complaints or help to change their bookings at salons.- First contact with salons (partners) about bookings or our online booking system.- Rapport special queries and problems with our system to the right departments.

- Audit purchase receipts.- Start VAT reimbursement requests for international travellers, expats and NATO military. - Daily answering incoming phones and mails. - Telephone approach to new potential partner shops and explain them the VAT reimbursement process. - Handle all incoming payments of partner shops (reclaimed VAT).

Schiphol Airport Amsterdam

- Welcome travellers at the service desk at Schiphol Airport and help them start the process of VAT reimbursement for their purchases in the EU. - Audit the travellers receipts.- Inform and assist travellers at the start of their VAT reimbursement process.

- Responsible for the VAT reimbursement process for international travellers, expats and NATO soldiers for their purchases within the EU.- Responsible for the operational planning of the VAT reimbursement process > set targets, manage and support the team, create working schedules and onboard new colleagues. - Identify problems and solve them with or for the team. - Responsible for classified outgoing mail and sending promotional material to partners. - Manage and help the team performing their roles within the company. Motivate them every day!- Handle all the administrational work within the company.- Responsible for daily huddles and weekly meetings.
