Seller Relationship Management- Responsible for establishing and maintaining close working relationship with consignment andmarketplace sellers to gain higher revenue Oversee key accounts seller, including negotiating deals,operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth- Analyze sellers' progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue performance- Construct high-level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth by identifyingmarket gaps and opportunities for all segments of sellers- Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of sellers- Develop ideas and proposals to sellers to secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns and/oridentify up selling and cross-selling opportunitiesSeller Customer Service- Oversee in troubleshooting seller-related problems and providing actionable proactive solutions topotential issues with speed and efficiency- Actively share new features on Tinkerlust to sellers. Ensure seller understanding and implementingnew features in order- Manage outward communication to sellers to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges- Responsible to oversee in troubleshooting seller-related problems and provide actionable proactivesolutions to potential issues with speed and efficiencyTraining & Reporting- Facilitating Customer Engagement team with comprehensive map of customer journeys, supported bysystems/ platforms, performance reports, customer insights, quality assurance, as well as budget utilization- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives- Prepare reports on account status, includes evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics.- Provide in-depth insight on seller sentiment and concerns to other Team Leaders in order to executeoverall category strategies in line with the company goals

- Create, manage, optimize and responsible to handle new big Project at Shopee to supervising ~40.000 sellers - Plan and execute the project's initial and strategy to Unmanaged Sellers in Shopee- Working directly with Category Manager to create improvement plans, materials for the sellers and campaign participation- Propose and setting a Push Notification and Landing Page every week to remind and make sellers for using all feature in Shopee and join many program at Shopee to boost their shops and increase exposure for all sellers- Connect with other PIC from Comms Content and CS team to handle and propose all materials and solved issue from sellers- Managing projects such Seller Mission to push sellers to join all mission at Shopee platform. Target sellers are all umanaged sellers with more SKUs in other platforms- Analyze Seller Campaign Participation, initiate to using all Shopee's feature. Excecute campaign nomination for Seller to increase revenue seller, feature adoption and campaign participation then move to another tier to be a managed seller- Responsible to make a monthly report to analyze all progress and achievement from all sellers and movement to another tier

• Lead a team as a Manager for 15 members.• Responsible for achieving a target of each members.• Monitoring and controlling tasks for on boarding, adhoc & other project.• Create a systematic flow, regulation and plan for daily tasks in team.• Guiding team members for doing a report that the company needs.• Preparing daily and weekly reports about team members performance.• Handle Adhoc's project from all RM's with different lead. Adhoc is one of a big adhoc as in many tasks included to boost feature participation from all managed sellers• Coaching and mentoring team members.

• Contact sellers (non Shopee) to make them join to Shopee's sellers.• Increase sellers’ activeness and knowledge about Shopee through our program.• Increase seller's operational and sales performance through our program.• Responsible for make them get their first campaign at Shopee after acquisition, including supporting the incubation process for these sellers.
