Current• Started this engagement as a Development Manager (Mar 2010), progressed as Manager-Transportation Consulting (Oct 2018), Sr. Development Manager (Sep 2020) and to the reported designation (Jan 2023), reporting to the VP.• Built a suitable team of 35 resources to develop the organisational capacity in software development to create Intellectual Property (IP) in transportation benchmarking and later in the supply chain domain.• Further driving the delivery management of the developed products/solutions by the team while coordinating with the stakeholders for pipeline management.• During this long engagement, the individual responsibilities were aligned with the vision/plans for the expansion of the organization• Executing consulting projects as a Technical Architect (an individual contributor) for timely & quality-based implementation of the same.• Additionally undertook the strategic direction of the Research and Development practice, reporting to the CTO and creating a 40-member team focused on developing enterprise software solutions.• Directing execution/implementation of projects (o9, BY TMOD, Anaplan and internal IBP tool) along with resource planning & optimisation.• Arranged to lead various tasks - budget management, product & IP development, creating digital assets, team capability development and coordination with other practices for sales and pre-sales • Engaged in team development & management responsibilities, by hiring, onboarding, training & mentoring managers/team leads to abide by the organizational structure as well as convert the team from a cost centre to a profit centre.
