• Reported to the CEO and supervised 2 resources for this start-up that had operations in the Chennai metropolitan area in the B2B domain. • While directing the day-to-day operations of the company, also created reports on trends & analysis of price movements of farm products.• Drove the execution of the daily operations, assuring timely execution of the deliveries to meet the SLAs and provided a step-by-step plan to streamline operations• Engaged in the process of procurement & vendor negotiations/management, transportation planning/routing, inventory management and maintained safety stock.
