Technical and process ownership for the account and responsible for End-to-end support. - Backup SME for 11 years, currently handling Veritas Netbackup 10.1 (from build/design, planning, testing, implementation, and support).- Responsible on the new installation and upgrade of Master and Media servers, configuring Storage Servers and Diskpools, migration from NAS to SAN backup, configuring client backup Oracle, NDMP, File System. - Escalation Point of contact for technical issues (24x7 on-call support)- Handle Process Management (IM, Problem, Change)- Conduct KT/mentoring for L1/L2 engineers.- Responsible on attending Daily/weekly Operations call within the account and other capabilities.- Involvement on BUR Project activities.- Responsible on sending weekly/monthly reports (Billing report, SLA report and technical report)- Responsible for creating runbook or work instructions serve as reference for L1/l2 engineers.- Lead the team on the Netbackup Audit, DR exercises and maintaining green SLA. - Ensure Monthly and Quarterly maintenance activities is being done (Random Test Restore, Monthly BUR Server Reboot, EMM DB Rebuild, Catalog Consistency Check)- Helping Storage L3 on some storage tasks (Removal of NAS File System, SAN Allocation and Decom)
