Under Central Office Data Management-Assists the PMO team in creating and maintaining project dashboards, monitoring project plans, timelines and costs and makes timely callouts.-Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third party vendors related to domain specifictasks.-Assists in the creation and maintenance of domain level and rolled up project documentation and reports. -Provides logistics and administrative support as needed. -Assists the Project Delivery team in strategizing integrated assessment of build programs. -Transforms project data to a usable report for the project delivery team. -Attends project related meeting ceremonies and critical site activities.-Provide timely updates and project reports as needed.-Conduct Walkthrough/ Refresher and assist users on updating on ISDP+.

Under NCR Huawei FSC Implementation TeamProject: -Smart 5G Project (NR2600 QW, DSS700 NR700)-Smart LTE Expansion Project (PH20, PH19, PH19-B2)-Backlog of High Utilization Project (PH6A, PH4 and PH4B,PH789)-Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedule.-Manage and support Delivery, Installation, Site Integration and-Maintenance, BFT, ISDPQC and Acceptance onsite. Supervising teamfor onsite activity (preparing Access Letter, WO Suppression, CRWO,RFCDR/ Datafill, TSSR and TXWO).-Handling RPAT/ FAT Deployment and signed PAT Docs.-Weekly meeting for project alignment with Site Engineers andContractors.

Under North Luzon Network Build Implementation-Smart Ph15 LTE Project-Smart Ph18-19 LTE Project-CEN, FTTBTS, FTK and SMC Project-Project manage the equipment, installation schedule and ensureinstallation is within approve standard. - Prepare request for delivery of all supplied materials and coordinate logistic engineerfor timely delivery at sites.-Coordinate with NOC and TPE for implementation and end to endtransmission availability.-Conduct regular project inspection ofongoing project and check major milestone accomplishment.-Conduct regular meetings with contractors to settle issue orproblems and issued appropriate site instruction for any additionalworks being implemented at sites.-Checking Site Folder, Pre-PAT and PAT Documents, SCAF Validation, BOM and other related documents submitted by vendors.
