E.g.: Manage survey feedback from customer and close follow up complaints internally & externally.* IT project implementation & coordination: Transform current staff’s mindset to let company growing in a new digital world. E.g.: Set up IT infrastructure for new HK office.* Management team: Budget and strategy setting in Supply Chain. * Operation management: Manage all daily operations in Far East region & supervise & coach the Supply Chain Department of 11 people, located in Hong Kong regional office. Solve any issues in customs clearance & documentation in China, South East Asia, UK & US* 3PL management:Logistics (Sea & Air) operations, e.g.: set up warehouse in Shanghai & Singapore, HK & Yantian, 3PL mangement e.g.: Damco* Vendor management:PO management, vendor guidline & KPI management * Conformity management:Ensure suppliers following group's conformity SOP, in packing, loading, documentation.
