Moving to a remote peninsula on the west coast of Scotland is not for the faint hearted. This move provided an opportunity to work with a product, in an industry I knew nothing about. It has allowed me to learn and develop new skills and product knowledge.I thrive on the opportunity for change and development, I am comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone. I have embodied this by taking on a volunteer Director role with a small social enterprise and charity, where I feel my skills and experience really can be tested. I provide oversight and governance whilst constantly seeking likeminded individuals to come and be involved with the charity.
