Prepared and filed local and federal taxes required by tax agencies from various clients of Atom's Co., Ltd including Income Statement and Balance Sheet, Payroll, Manages and Controls Accounts Receivable/Payable, Prepares and Coordinates deposits of daily sales & monthly Sales, Collection, other revenues & Bank Reconciliation, Prepares Monthly Disbursement schedule, Fixed Assets, Monitors Inventory, Monthly filing of Business Revenue Tax report , Quarterly Employer's Tax report, Annual Corporate Tax, Annual Individual Taxes, Supervised and checked data preparation of bookkeeper regarding tax matters involving Atom's Co Ltd its owners, employees and clients. Calculates, confirms, and processes timesheets and overtime in compliance with the Government's current tax policies and allowed deductions. Prepares and distributes payroll checks and monitors on-time payments of payroll taxes.
