I am a former president of the Kansas City Music Teachers Association, a member of the National Federation of Music, Moment Musical, performance group. I teach all levels of piano students up to college level. One of my students just graduated in piano performance at Mannes College in New York City, Another recently received a Fulbright and graduated from Thornton, USC, was featured at Aspen Music Festival and then appeared at Carnegie Hall in May. I have also received a Steinway Top Teacher Award. I am also a member of AGO and am organist and choir director at St. Augustine's Episcopal.My husband, Steve also teaches piano and trombone. One of his former trombone students in now performing trombone in the KC Symphony.
