While some submit the required paperwork and leave the rest of the process to the homeowner, we do all the trouble-shooting and problem-solving until the permit is approved and in your contractors or your hands. We contact the homeowner only when necessary. We arrange for each department to contact us instead of the homeowner and because of this most clients aren't aware of the extent of the problems that have been solved. This service is included in our basic contract.
