Joyce has managed and performed several forensic reviews, operational audits, information security reviews, IT audits, compliance audits, and ERP reviews over the past 15 years. She has managed multiple internal audit co-sourcing projects for clients in North Florida. This has included defining audit plans, assisting in development of audit charters, creating audit committee reports, assessing testing strategies, defining work programs, overseeing staff performance, evaluating deficiencies, and defining audit department procedures. In addition she has planned, developed, and managed business and IT operational audits and reviews for consumer markets, industrial markets, and government entities. . She earned her Master of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
