Personal Assistant and Legal Secretary – Corporate, Commercial and Technology Department (Full-time)• providing general administrative support including managing and maintaining documentation, issuing of invoices, consolidate lawyers’ timesheets, and filing• coordinating lawyers’ meeting calendar, processing lawyers’ claims• drafting, formatting and proofreading of legal documents/templates, letters, email, correspondence• conducting searches using ACRA, Inlis (Title search), IRAS, MAS etc.• assisting with corporate secretarial work (e.g., opening of bank accounts in Singapore, preparing arch files and retrieving mails for clients)• assisting with notarisation and legalisation of documents (e.g., retrieving and preparing necessary documents for clients, liaising with the local notary public, dealing with Singapore Academy of Law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related Embassy in Singapore.

Flight Stewardess• Ensure that the service quality is achieved throughout flight by having pre-flight meetings, onboard mentoring of junior flight attendants and frequent interactions with senior crew members.• Responsible for the comfort, safety and welfare of passengers travelling on aircrafts during short-haul and long-haul flights.• Recognise and build a lasting relationship with PPS/frequent flyers, upholding the brand image and loyalty of the airline.• Provide onboard services. (i.e. meals and refreshments, promote duty-free items, advise restrictions imposed by countries etc.)• Manage onboard emergencies and customer service recoveries• demonstrating emergency equipment and safety procedures

As for credit cases most properly will review card member financial information as well as card member payment history and ability to pay.5. As for fraud cases normally when card member was at the point of sales and charges has trigger fraud pattern may need to speak with card member directly just to make sure is a valid card member that using the card.6. In charge of fraud case for different countries such as USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India as well as Singapore cardholder after service hour.
