Layman term: I am doing one-leg-kick is my current job scope right now. I am working with a SME Company, and these are the job scope,- I am holding 4 companies Payroll calculation & Payment@ Including the payment for KWSP, SOCSO, PCB & HRDF.@ Doing E-filling every year and prepare form BE for every staff@ Manage Leave Entry for every staff@ Try to solve every staff's problem, eg: Wanted to Register a new Tax Account, or Having problems with their bank access, or Making claims in PERKESO, and so on.- Manage and check every transaction entry & SOP@ Re-check every each transaction and make sure everything is in the correct account, in order to provide the realistic financial management report.@ Provide expenses budgeting every month for company to manage financial more accurate.@ To assist in Audit session- To assist in Company Operating Progress@ They will approach me if there's any devices goes wrong, and I will headover and have a first round check before we approach our outsourse IT support.@ Any SOP goes wrong or any staff having issues, I am the one to go down and investigate the issues and do problem solving.@ I am the middle person between my boss and our staff. I discuss the issues with my boss, and I am the announce to everyone. - To assist in setup a New Company@ I do registering for the Electricity Supply, Water Supply, acquiring an operating MBSJ License, open an new Bank Account, registering the new company under SSM liase with our Secretary firm and etc. @ Setting up SOP for every each dept (for examples, warehouse, sales, accounting dept), to minimize the loss and the chance of being fraud.I have no proper and beautiful background to present myself, but I try my best to improve myself in order to help the company to operate well and in safe position.

I'm now currently doing accounts administrative jobs, and stock's management in my current company. FYI, I'm now using Autocount Accounting Software.- Book Keeping, Bank reconcile, Debtor and Creditors Reconcile, Payment, Payroll, and etc.- Setting Up the stock's grouping, Creating bar code for new stock arrived
