Streamlined and re-designed 22 different processes to achieve this objective.• Implement employee motivational programs such as “get up and go”, Leave a message, Shout out Fridays, employee recognition lunches, quarterly department recognitions, Monthly Business Update Meetings, New employee chat time and career training opportunities.• Organize and lead an employee social committee that focused on employee morale and team building.
