Responsible for the shaping and implementation of the global strategic HR & Recruitment projects and organizational development of PAC within Europe. Oversee the total recruitment efforts for our European sites reporting directly into the head office. Developing and implementing Employer Branding, Retention Planning, Talent Management, etc. for the European sites. Lead the European HR team in recruitment strategies, market data and diversity.Responsible for full HR within Rotterdam site.

Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all HR functions including; recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, organizational development, talent management and employee services for Rotterdam/India/Dubai. Partner with department managers to understand their business needs and provide exceptional service and counseling. Maintain policy compliance and work collaboratively with work council, company and corporate HR initiatives. •Manage recruitment process of managerial and non-managerial positions according to defined standards. Initiate and undertake short and midterm Personnel Marketing activities to attract the right candidates•Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and HR standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented in support area•Recommend, implement and update guidelines and policies in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment•Challenge current processes and status quo; think outside of the box in terms of solutions; proactively contact global team for advice and solutions that are aligned with the team across regions•Work closely with Line Management and Senior Management in structuring and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans

Create HR service and support for all business in Rotterdam/Singapore/Houston and ensure that the internal customers get the expected value from HR department.
