Having been in the medical field for many years I have learned many skills. How to work with and manage people so that a team can be the best it can be. To help lower performers become high performers.Working in the emergency department and pre-hospital emergencies has given me great skills for keeping calm and working through very stressful situations. Also the great nursing skills needed to succeed in that environment. Working as a Nurse Practitioner-Hospitalist, in the hospital has allowed me to work with numerous physicians and teams. Completing admissions, discharges, patient assessments, testing interpretation for medical, surgical and CCU patients; has given me numerous skills and knowledge. As I continue to grown as a Nurse Practitioner, my hope is to find a great place to work.
