In 2022, I began a new journey on my career path. I was commissioned as a California Notary Public. I also launched my mobile notary service…Rejoyce Notary Resources. I 'm definitely rejoicing about providing client-centered services to my extended community.Prior to becoming a Notary, I was a federal public servant. I held a professional accounting position with the Department of Treasury. As an agent with the Tax Exempt/Governmental Entities Division. I enjoyed serving the nonprofit community. In 2021, I retired from federal government service Upon retirement, I was bestowed The Albert Gallatin Award. This award is the Treasury Department's highest career award, given to certain employees who have served faithfully for at least 20 years.I am thankful that I many of the soft skills that I honed during my former federal career were transferable to my current notary business. Effective interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills are invaluable when working with my clients. To better serve the public's notarization needs, I have received special education and training in handling complex transactions and legal documentation. I am both a Certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) and a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA). As an NSA, I facilitate loan closings (i.e., purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.) for the mortgage finance industry. In addition, to my notary services, I provide mobile exam proctoring services. I conduct theses services in-person at various public locations, such as libraries. Trustworthiness is key when performing proctoring duties. I am background checked through the California notary commissioning. process (every 4 years) and annually as a part of working as a notary signing agent.I value providing top-quality service to my clients. To provide this level of service, I am dedicated to increasing my knowledge and mastering my skills. Continuing professional development is very important to me.
