Lifewell gave me the seniorty date back from when I started with Value Options in Behavioral Health. I was at the same site until this last August when we moved to the Oak clinic. I help SMI clients get involved with activities and help them get motivated to go back to work. I work closely with Vocational Rehabilitiation as well as Focus Employment at our clinic. I advocate, mentor and help facilitate career planning for some of our clients.. Some clients may need Career Testing and some clients may want to learn some new skills and attend a WAT (work adjustment training program) before trying competitive employment. I also facilitate one social group at the Oak Site, I run the Karaoke group for two hours every Tuesday.

Managed a caseload of 30+ adults with a mental illness diagnosis. Formulated treatment plans and assessments to monitor their progress to reach their desired goals. Encouraged them to be involved in activities as well as going back to work.
