I am an experienced accounting professional dedicated to the accurate and timely reporting of company financial results, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills and a commitment to quality, ethics and integrity.I particularly enjoy the technical accounting aspects of my role - understanding the accounting and reporting impacts of large, complex transactions and partnering with business and finance teams to balance those impacts with the company's underlying economic and business objectives. I have developed subject matter expertise in several areas, such as revenue recognition, M&A and strategic investments, and have experience with a broad range of complex accounting matters. Through research and documentation of technical accounting matters, I have developed strong written and verbal communication skills – from accounting memos or white papers to the various financial reports that investors rely on for making investment decisions to delivering presentations on complex accounting matters in a clear and concise manner.In 2017 - 2021, I was the Advisory Chair for the San Diego Chapter of the SEC Professionals Group.
