Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial activities, including: 1)Financial / management reporting  2)Analysis of financial and operational performance  3)Cash flow management (including banking and treasury matters) 4)Assist POSSIBLE China’s MD to prepare budgets / forecasts.  Commercial / Project-based:1)Monthly revenue recognition process 2)Staff resource planning & utilization 3)Project costing and client profitability reporting  4)Validating client cost estimates and help with pricing / contract negotiation. Ensure compliance with WPP Group policies and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404) requirements. Responsible for audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters for WPP China 1)Liaise with auditors, government authorities, tax agent, company secretary 2)Ensure compliance with local VAT, tax and fiscal requirements. General:1)Work as business partner to China MD and business unit heads across all financial, HR and operations matters 2)Identify potential financial improvements through analysis, reporting, budgeting and special projects 3)Assist with commercial contract review and ad-hoc projects.
