For over twenty years I have developed and taught history courses and lectures. I have taught at four-year institutions and community colleges. For most of my career I have focused on community education in community colleges, community centers,and lifelong-learning programs. My goal is to help people better understand our history and to see the lovely mash-up of strong personalities, human foibles, entrenched traditions, social and political currents and environmental influences that lies behind it.
