Quality Assurance Manager AssistantMain responsibilities:• Receive and investigate customer complaints and respond the issues• Support to QA Mgr to make plans, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality• Be a translator for QA Manager with all the staff• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system• Support to conduct training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards for all staff• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers• Make weekly and monthly reports and/or deadlines for the quality assurance manager and general manager "Recognition and Gains:- Communication skill during working role .-Developed interpersonal skills through assisting clients with product/service strengthened conflict resolution skills by resolving customer complaints- Time-management skills.- Problem-solving skills.

It also teachs me the higher standard for service industry.Meet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries- Become an interpreter for guest in case having some misunderstanding between guest and staff in resort- Support in raising the hotel revenue by sellling/upgrading room occupancy , or selling services (tours,transportation..)Recognition and Gains:- Take care attitude after working in hospitality industry. - Develop the convince/sale skill- Improve English communication skill and how to solve the emergency situations- Learning how to cooperate and work in a team
