Main responsibilities: Completing the administrative affairs of the company and the internal day-to-day affairs Supervision and Implementation Rules Participate in the company management, attendance and other work Provide timely and efficient administrative support services for other departments Be responsible for the express mail and fax receiving and transmission Participate in administration of company, procurement services management Be responsible for the Department office supplies procurement and distribution Receiving visitors, answering incoming calls and transfer the information work Assist to organize the interview reception, meeting, training, organization and arrangement of the company group activities Responsible for some clients insured, renewal and follow-up services. Responsible for designing insurance scheme for consumer, inquiry and to solve the problems such as subsequent claims
