I provide community research, evaluation training & technical assistance, and facilitation to mission-driven organizations. In particular, I offer thought partnership to funders and nonprofit organizations seeking to bring an equity-informed approach to their evaluation practice.

The Leap of Reason Ambassadors Community is a private community of nonprofit thought leaders and practitioners. Ambassadors are experts, leader practitioners, and instigators. They bring depth of knowledge and experience, passion for inspiring others to build great organizations for greater societal impact, an insistence that what we do and fund “works,” an understanding that mission and metrics are inextricably linked, and a commitment to increasing the expectation and adoption of high performance in the field.The purpose of the community is to: inspire, motivate, and support nonprofit and public sector leaders (and their stakeholders) to build great organizations for greater societal impact, and increase the expectation and adoption of high performance as the path toward that end.

Developed evidence-based research briefs and prepared grant proposals supporting Further the Work's nonprofit clients and their partners.

Provided grant writing, program evaluation, and technical writing services to nonprofit, education, and government organizations.

Managed research operations of emergency department-based youth violence prevention program at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

Managed staff recruitment efforts and served as health benefits plan liaison.

Through Teach For America, worked at Northern Vance High School in Henderson, NC, as a biology and chemistry teacher.
