- Provide assistance and support to HR department on standard data/ system requests and questions. - Daily maintenance and administration of data within SAP HCM for the employee such as salary adjustment, position / job title change, personal information update, promotion, lateral transfer and etc.- Process transaction on regular and external new hire/ re-hire/ conversion and termination. - Maintaining Organizational Management through the OM module of SAP (PPOME) including creation/ maintenance of positions and organizational units.- Ensure data integrity within SAP for employees and externals through monitoring and auditing the data that is entered into SAP.- Perform audit for new hire (regular employee) transactions for US, EMEA and APAC countries.- Provides technical support and training to HRIS Administrators.- Monitor daily requests and make sure it has been distributed to each of the team member. - Run scheduled reports and creates reports as needed. - Review and identify process to improve new or existing areas in documents.
