Joyce Leppington is Coast Salish from xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and Sts'ailes Nations, with over a decade of experience working across sectors to advance equity, reconciliation, and systemic change. Her career includes consulting, public speaking, and financial education, with a focus on supporting individuals, families, and organizations in fostering positive change.As a consultant, Joyce facilitates workshops and initiatives that focus on Indigenous cultural safety, systemic advocacy, and leadership. She works alongside organizations, including Len Pierre Consulting, which collaborates across various sectors to promote inclusion and reconciliation.Joyce is also an experienced public speaker. Drawing from her lived experiences growing up in the foster system, she speaks on topics including Indigenous cultural safety, allyship, trauma, and the importance of building inclusive spaces. Her presentations inspire audiences to reflect on their roles in creating supportive, equitable environments and to take actionable steps toward reconciliation.In her role as a financial broker, Joyce focuses on enhancing financial literacy and empowerment, particularly within Indigenous communities.
