• Preparing timely general purpose financial reports, including cash flow, balance sheet, Profit & Loss, and relevant management reports including creditor reports, debtor reports, etc• Preparing projects and overhead budgeting and cash flow forecasting, and performing variance analysis for actual spending against budgets• Preparing feasibility analysis for ongoing and upcoming development projects • Monitoring project spending and assisting with ROE/ ROI analysis for completed projects• Conducting period end procedures including balance sheet reconciliation, GST reconciliation, adjustment of general ledger accounts, accruals, prepayments and depreciations and posting adjustment journals.• Completing quarterly BAS/ IAS lodgment and annual tax return, and other compliance requirements by ATO, SRO and ASIC • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register for multiple asset pools with depreciation schedules• Performing payroll function including payroll tax, workcover, superannuation, and leave entitlements• Performing sales and purchase reconciliations, margin scheme calculations and updating sales report weekly• Liaising with various stakeholders including ATO, external accountants, lawyers and agents for taxation matters, trust setup, loan and property sales and purchase• Liaising with auditors and providing various supporting information to assist with auditing process • Other ad hoc duties such as insurance renewal and claims, and commission calculations and payments
