Managed the office and personal lines producer. Consistently increased business by a minimum of 20 plus percent annually for the eight years I worked there. After eight years Anderson Insurance was dissolved and incorporated into the parent company McDonald Insurance.

Transitioned the company from a manual system of policy issuance to an automated system. Processed all of the accounting and bookkeeping records for the insurance side and the volunteer fire fighters and fire suppression in Twin Falls County. Underwriter and processor of the policies issued through Twin Falls Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
