National Business Markets-Alliance Channel

-Manage and monitor the membership budgets for 23 branches for a combine budget of $37 million.-Develop annual membership sales goals for each branch to increase market penetration and ensure membership growth in both revenue and units.-Improve member satisfaction scores at each branch by analyzing results to identify strategies that address the key drivers of satisfaction.-Ensure that the staff working with members are qualified, competent and effectively deployed to achieve sales goals and support membership functions.-Provide leadership to the recruiting, hiring and training of all branch sales managers.-Monitor key indicators of membership effectiveness to ensure branch and Association goals are attained.-Develop ongoing Association membership marketing promotions and evaluate ROI to ensure that events have necessary sales targets to meet and/or exceed budget.-Manage membership accreditation process to ensure best practices are understood by branch staff and followed consistently.-Define the necessary functional requirements to continue developing CRM database management system.
