I am an enthusiastic and competent project manager who enjoys working in challenging environments. I have 10+ years of experience in project management and 2+ years of experience in quality management. Over the years, I have gained considerable experience in managing various time-sensitive projects, coordinating large cross functional teams, understanding the system development lifecycle (SDLC, PDLC), the communication, and relationship-building skills. I always ensure all projects I am responsible for are completed on time and to a very high standard through closely monitoring system integration / delivery processes and evaluating final software quality before delivery.I demonstrated repeatedly the capability in tackling complicated projects and tasks, obtaining buy-in from leadership and teams, and driving process improvement initiatives to completion I am a passionate and quicker learner. I am constantly learning new skills both inside and outside of project management. My experience in dealing with large volumes of faults, performance, and configuration data in telecom systems has developed my skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce reporting. Additionally, I have trained in modern channels of communication including Microsoft Teams and Asana to better coordinate with teams, delegate roles, and get the job done.
