My Evolution• Customer support – my contributions included direct support contact for key accounts, monitoring and responding to online support requests, telephone support for an international customer base, remote access to customer systems for analysis, and triage. Promoted to a team lead role, helping other team members as we supported our customers. Joined product introduction initiatives to prepare new products for customers, coordinated beta programs, and partnered with Engineering to improve the product based on customer feedback.• Quality Assurance – invited by management to join the Engineering team in a Quality role that tested products but focused on whether it is the right solution and workflows for the customer. My responsibility was to support a vision of the best solution for customers and ensure the software achieved it. How should it work for the user?• Program Management – organizing and tracking are vital skills I use regularly. I was the sole program manager for one engineering division, organizing and tracking all of the to-do’s in complex technical projects and using technology to enable a solution that supports business needs and users. • Office Manager/IT and Software Support Role – my recent positions brought me to work directly with users. I focus on identifying what co-workers and patients need and bring this together to enable business success as needs evolve.
