• Receiving and attending to visitors, directing them and providing required information• Handling incoming and outgoing calls/checking and replying outlook e-mails • Posting contacts to excel sheet. • Posting petty cash vouchers to excel sheet and analyzing them to various expense account head• Receiving and dispatching internal and external mails• Clerical work and liaising with the technician on the maintenance of office machines • Managing front office tidiness, and arranging display materials• Checking employees’ register• Filing company correspondence• Retrieval of any information on employees as requested• Updating creditors outstanding amounts• General office work and any other official duty assigned by the manager • Customer service/sales/cashier
