CurrentCUSTOMER ASSISTANCE- I assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information on computer hardware (laptops, desktops, components), software, and related accessories.SALES SUPPORT- I guide customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their needs, upselling and cross-selling when possible. Inform customers about promotions and special offers.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE-maintaining comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, and software to explain product features, compatibility, and specifications.TRANSACTION PROCESSING- I operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, card payments, and electronic transactions accurately.STOCK MANAGEMENT- I assist with the receipt of new stock, organize shelves, and ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed. Report stock shortages or discrepancies to the manager.CUSTOMER FEEDBACK- I handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally, and escalating unresolved issues to management.INVENTORY MANAGEMENT- I help in tracking inventory, conducting stock counts, and managing product returns or replacements.
