Responsible for all financial, operational, marketing, employee, and customer care facets of the business. Report directly to the NRTV Board of Directors. Required constant communication with National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative Association and DIRECTV in order to understand objectives and alternatives for the business and make sound decisions. Responsible for customer service aspects of Northeast NE Public Power District accounts (in-sourced).

Oversight of office staff, all inventory, transportation and accounting functions (daily expenditures up to $1 million); and profit/loss statements; payroll/benefits in accordance with union contract; OSHA Recordkeeping; new-hire orientation; upper-management and owner relations, etc.
