Determine the economic performance of 8 nursing/retirement facilities by analyzing financial statements through trend analysis, account activity analysis, and balance sheet analysis.During month end, create a month end analysis report and send to the administrators of each facility and management.Perform full cycle accounting including audit, journal, and adjustment entries, coding invoices for correct GL accounts, accrue expenses, prepare invoices for rent, provider bed tax, sales, property and personal tax on a monthly basis.Perform the necessary research and maintain continuous communication with administrators, business office managers, accounts payable staff, and regional financial accountants to complete tasks.Perform monthly and annual bank and balance sheet reconciliations for 8 facilities.Perform monthly and annual audit schedules of prepaid accounts for 100 to 120 facilities.Perform patient trust audits for 4 facilities.
