Provides administrative support to the elected Franklin County Clerk of Courts, the Chief Deputy, and members of the Clerk’s leadership team. Manages the daily schedules of the Clerk and Chief Deputy. Supports fellow leadership team members as needed. Initiates and schedules meetings and public appearances for the Clerk of Courts. Drafts the Clerk’s correspondence and internal communications. Responds to public records requests by reviewing files and redacting confidential information. Assists the Clerk of Courts in their role as Chair of the Franklin County e-Governance Board by scheduling meetings, distributing documents, retaining records, and transcribing meeting minutes.

Provided a wide portfolio of consultation services to small businesses, nonprofits, and political candidates; including the development of legislative policy agendas, writing fundraising plans, media relations, project management and logistics, in addition to event planning and management.

Oversaw the day-to-day operations of communication and community awareness projects. Supervised the work of staff and consultants, including providing work plans and evaluations. Wrote funding grant proposals, developed and monitored expense and income budgets, negotiated fees for service contracts, and maintained donor relations. Scheduled and coordinated reporting for Board of Directors meetings.
