The business leaders chose to implement change within the ERP Inventory, Manufacturing Systems and selected a Pharmaceutical Style Lot Controlled License Plate solution. Together we developed prototypes to confirm functionality and enable decisions to select the right solutions. Solutions were configured in test environments and tested. Then we progressed the changes for quality assurance utilizing cut over plans to insure ability to deliver and enable user acceptance testing. We produced change control plans and cut over execution plans and are preparing to deliver.We did execute go live plans as scheduled on the weekend of June 28, 2013. We executed a controlled production go live obtaining business acceptance of changes in layers. We went live carefully on July 1st and performed monitoring of key manufacturing systems as we brought on line many changes. The main project has been closed.
