I graduated in Law because I believed in the dream of a fair country and because I believed that I would help honest and wronged people through laws; when I went to practice, I was faced with the reality of the complete distortion of the term justice and with the certainty of impotence in the face of the system.So that's why I changed areas. With the wonderful background that I acquired in Law and with the certainty of what I am not willing to do for money, I found myself in the universe of customer experience; corporate thinking focused on the customer, and transformation of an extremely demanding consumer society, which today no longer buys a product, but an experience.Since then, I have planted these seeds in everything I do, and with the desire to help others, I have found my essence and the truth about myself. There is no way to separate the person and the professional, we are an indivisible whole, and if what you do doesn't talk to your values, ​​you will never succeed.Therefore, this text is not about what I occupied but about being ready for any challenge that aligns with my convictions!
