Take complete mortgage applications, recommend products, collect client documentation, review income, assets, credit, run AUS, inform all parties of closing details, request and review appraisal and insurance, manage pipeline to ensure all loans close on time.

Develop relationships with clients through the offering of products and services. Assist with online banking set up, originate and closing of HELOCS, lines of credit, personal loans, credit cards and other credit products, problem solving of clients accounts.

Coordinate mortgage loans within regulatory guidelines and time frames. Meet with clients to take complete applications. Exemplify excellent client rapport and customer service skills. Provide client updates, Collect and process up front loan fees, order appraisal and vendor documents such as credit reports and flood certifications Verify accuracy of borrower and vendor documents. Run AUS, Assist in obtaining missing information or documentation to ensure a complete mortgage loan file. Coordinate loan closing with borrower, realtor and Title Company. Run compliance reports.

Responsible for reducing risk and exposure to the firmthrough reviewing and approving margin eligible securities and account positions for use as pledge collateral for lines of credit and mortgage loans. Perform complete underwrite of securities back loans with review of credit and income. Ensure pledge accounts are opened, funded and maintained in accordance of company policy state and federal laws. Approve the removal and transfer of assets from collateral accounts. Parter with financial advisor for collateral calls on accounts to replenish account. Assist with employee training.
