Educator with 18 years’ credentialed experience. I have taught in Adult, Continuation High School, Independent Study, and virtual settings, using evidence-based practices and standards-aligned curricula, instruction, and assessment.As Department Coordinator, I led my department in professional learning community (PLC) implementation. As a member of a school leadership team, I served as ACS-WASC accreditation coordinator and as an Action Team Chair. I have a terminal degree, Master of Professional Writing (MPW), from University of Southern California. This degree is an MFA equivalent. I am in the process of completing requirements for a State of California Administrative Services Credential at Cal Poly Humboldt.
